Product Manager

About the role: - Shape the overall vision and strategic direction of the product, setting out a clear roadmap and prioritizing initiatives that drive impact - Collect insights from customers through direct engagement and feedback channels, then synthesize that data to inform decisions - Bridge product and business by translating organizational goals into detailed product requirements and user stories the engineering team can execute - Set measurable KPIs that define success and track product performance against those metrics on an ongoing basis - Research competing products and market dynamics to spot gaps, opportunities and emerging trends - Oversee the full lifecycle of product launches and feature rollouts, coordinating across all functions to ensure smooth delivery - Partner daily with engineering, design, sales and business development teams to align on objectives and remove blockers - Identify and champion incremental improvements that strengthen the product and customer experience What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Management or a closely related discipline - Hands-on experience working as a product manager or in a similar product-focused role - Deep familiarity with how products move from concept through development, release and iteration - Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems and reason through solutions systematically - Proven track record communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders and steering alignment across teams - Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum frameworks and how to apply them in practice - Experience using product analytics platforms (valued but not required) About this opportunity: - Full-time position at Tareo
