About the role: - Extract, transform and analyze large datasets by writing and optimizing complex SQL queries - Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau or comparable business intelligence platforms - Monitor key performance indicators across business and operational functions - Examine data patterns, pinpoint gaps in performance, investigate irregularities, and offer recommendations grounded in data analysis What you'll work on: - Querying and preparing data from multiple sources for analytical purposes - Creating visualizations that help stakeholders understand business metrics and trends - Automating routine data processes using Python - Translating business questions into analytical investigations What we're looking for: - 3–4 years of professional experience in data analysis roles - Proficiency in Python for data analysis and process automation - Background working in e-commerce, retail, supply chain, logistics or healthcare operations - Knowledge of data modeling principles and techniques for optimizing dashboard performance - Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences
