About the role: - Work on advanced research projects spanning artificial intelligence and machine learning across multiple specialized domains - Contribute to cutting-edge developments in deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, visual language models, and related fields - Participate in hands-on exploration of explainable AI and agentic AI systems - Engage with TCS Research's technical teams on real-world research challenges and implementations What you'll work on: - Deep learning model development and optimization - Natural language processing applications and research - Computer vision tasks and algorithm design - Visual language model exploration and fine-tuning - Building interpretable AI systems and understanding model decisions - Autonomous agent design and behavior modeling - Collaborative research initiatives with experienced scientists and engineers What we're looking for: - B.Tech or M.Tech students currently enrolled at IITs, IIITs, NITs or other premier institutes - Strong foundation in machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts - Demonstrated interest in one or more focus areas: deep learning, NLP, computer vision, or explainable AI - Problem-solving mindset and ability to work with research-grade tools and frameworks - Self-driven approach to learning and applying new techniques Good to know: - Internship duration is 6 months - Mass hiring initiative — multiple positions available - Post-placement opportunity (PPO) available for high performers Note: Apply via Email with Subject: Research Intern
