Lead and mentor a software engineering team of around 5 members, fostering growth and delivering high-quality outcomes
Drive product development initiatives using Agile methodologies and practices
Take ownership of technical delivery and system reliability across your team's work
Work hands-on with Java-based full-stack and distributed application architecture
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into technical strategy

Proven track record managing software engineering teams at a similar scale
Solid background in Agile product development processes and their application
Technical depth in building and maintaining reliable, operationally robust full-stack or distributed Java systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with logical system design thinking
Emotional intelligence paired with empathy and self-awareness in team interactions
Clear and effective communicator in both written and spoken formats
Customer-centric mindset with commitment to owning technical outcomes end-to-end
