What you'll work on: - Improve AI agents and design conversations that continue across multiple turns. - Implement LLM tool calls, structured responses, and management of conversation context. - Build backend APIs, integrations, frontend features, and internal engineering tools. - Develop retrieval and knowledge systems alongside SQL databases, caches, and queues. - Add workflows for transferring conversations to people and escalating issues. - Create AI evaluations and automated regression checks. - Put safeguards around inaccurate outputs and unsafe actions. - Improve response speed, reliability, and inference costs. - Add logs and tracing so AI decisions can be examined. - Protect customer information through authentication and access controls. - Help plan for higher traffic and more conversations.
