About the role: - Build foundational systems that establish new product areas from the ground up, with a focus on Generative AI initiatives - Take ownership of architectural decisions and technical implementation for features and capabilities that do not yet exist within the organization - Work across the full stack to bring novel AI-driven products to market What you'll work on: - Designing and implementing core infrastructure that powers Generative AI applications - Solving complex technical challenges that arise when entering new product spaces - Collaborating with product, design and other engineering teams to translate vision into working systems - Iterating rapidly on solutions as the product and market evolve What we're looking for: - Proven track record of successfully building 0 to 1 systems in previous roles - Direct experience working on Generative AI products or similar emerging technology areas - Strong systems thinking and ability to make sound architectural choices under uncertainty - Self-directed engineer comfortable with ambiguity and willing to shape requirements as you go - Technical depth across multiple domains of software engineering
