About the role: - Partner with the Director of Business and Operations in a hands-on capacity, embedded in the core operations team. - Immerse yourself in the full spectrum of business operations from day one, learning how companies function at an operational level. - Take on progressive responsibility across business development, partnership strategy, organizational decision-making, and long-term planning. - Observe high-stakes client and stakeholder meetings to understand how market opportunities transform into executable projects and revenue streams. - Develop a working knowledge of the mechanics behind business growth, from identifying opportunities to scaling operations. What you'll work on: - Supporting operational workflows and process improvements across the organization. - Assisting in the evaluation and development of new business partnerships and market opportunities. - Contributing research and analysis to inform strategic decisions. - Coordinating between internal teams and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution. - Building relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
