About the role: - Tilda Research seeks an AI engineer to work full-time on generative AI and autonomous systems, with responsibilities spanning backend services, AI framework integration, and deployment infrastructure - You will design and develop AI-powered applications, working across the stack from LLM APIs to containerized services What you'll work on: - Building and scaling AI agents and agentic workflows that perform complex tasks autonomously - Integrating large language models into production systems using frameworks like OpenAI SDK, Anthropic, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen - Creating retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) applications, chatbots, and automation solutions - Designing backend architecture, managing databases, and building APIs that support AI workloads - Deploying applications to cloud infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes What we're looking for: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, AI/ML, data science, or a closely related field - Recent graduate or up to 2 years of software engineering experience - Solid command of Python and strong programming fundamentals - Practical knowledge of APIs, backend development, database design, and software architecture - Hands-on project or internship experience with large language models, generative AI, or agentic systems - Familiarity with at least one AI or LLM framework from the common ecosystem - Basic understanding of containerization and cloud deployment patterns Good to know: - Experience building AI agents, RAG systems, chatbots, or automated workflows is valuable - Knowledge of model context protocol (MCP), tool calling, vector databases, and evaluation frameworks strengthens your application
