About the role: - Partner with the product and design teams to shape how users interact with digital products, blending strategic thinking with hands-on creative work - Contribute to user research and competitive analysis that informs product decisions - Participate in prototyping and wireframing to test ideas before full development - Help refine user interfaces and flows based on feedback and usability testing - Support the full product lifecycle from concept through launch What we're looking for: - Strong grasp of product strategy and how user needs drive product direction - Solid foundation in UI/UX design principles and best practices - Ability to think critically about user experience and anticipate how people will interact with features - Comfort translating abstract ideas into clear, usable digital designs - Tech-savvy mindset with genuine curiosity about how products work - Resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving
