About the role: - Contribute to backend systems and connect various APIs together - Develop and enhance user interfaces using Next.js - Launch new capabilities and ship web platform improvements - Collaborate with design and product colleagues to deliver intuitive user journeys What you'll work on: - Full-stack development across frontend and backend layers - Writing clean, maintainable code that powers real features - Translating product requirements into functional code - Troubleshooting and optimizing existing systems - Reviewing feedback from teammates and iterating quickly What we're looking for: - Solid foundation in core programming concepts and data structures - Working knowledge of Python - Hands-on experience with Next.js or comparable modern frontend framework - Portfolio of personal projects you've built and can demonstrate - Genuine curiosity and readiness to learn across the stack - Ownership mindset — you see work through to completion - Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex problems - Clear communication with team members across disciplines Plus points: - Previous internship at a product-focused startup - Experience working with cloud infrastructure and services - Contributions to open source projects
