About this role
About the role: - Design, construct and evaluate systems that orchestrate multiple AI agents, manage their tool access, and work with frameworks like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and agent skill architectures - Deploy agentic development tools such as Claude Code to streamline building processes, reduce manual work, and create internal applications - Develop and execute statistical and machine learning models aligned with business objectives and technical needs - Contribute to the full machine learning operations pipeline: taking models from development into production, tracking their behaviour over time, and keeping them running reliably - Run experiments to measure how well models perform, test improvements, and refine existing systems for better results What we're looking for: - Degree at bachelor's level or higher (undergraduate, master's, doctoral, or equivalent) from a recognized institution, with ability to work in-office full-time for six months from January 2027 - Hands-on expertise in modern agentic AI systems: you've used agentic coding assistants like Claude Code or equivalents, built multi-agent architectures, and worked with MCP or comparable protocols and frameworks - Practical experience creating, training and putting machine learning models into use with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch or comparable libraries - Working knowledge of machine learning operations: how to take models to production, make them ready for real-world use, and manage their complete lifecycle - Solid Python foundation combined with real-world experience using Linux, SQL, Git and Bash - Background or practical exposure in finance adds value About this internship: - Six-month commitment in-office starting January 2027
