About the role: - You will contribute to active client projects, taking on IT responsibilities with support from seasoned developers who will guide your work - You'll complete technical assignments on a weekly basis and meet established targets to demonstrate growth in hands-on capability - Training happens on a weekly and monthly schedule to build your depth in relevant technical areas What you'll work on: - Front-end development using React to build user interfaces and interactive components - Server-side and backend logic using Node.js - Data handling, configuration, and markup work with XML - Debugging, testing, and refining code as part of the development cycle - Collaborating with senior team members to implement features and solve technical challenges What we're looking for: - Solid grasp of React fundamentals and component-based architecture - Working knowledge of Node.js for backend or full-stack contexts - Familiarity with XML for data representation and system integration - Ability to learn quickly and apply feedback from mentors - Commitment to meeting weekly milestones and delivering assigned work
