About the role: - Guide the development and strategy of AI-native products that establish new standards for how organizations leverage artificial intelligence - Own revenue outcomes and go-to-market execution end-to-end, with accountability for business results - Operate with significant independence, driving decisions and shipping features without constant oversight - Build systems from first principles rather than iterating on existing solutions - Work across engineering, design and commercial teams to translate market needs into shipped product What you'll work on: - Designing workflows and user experiences built natively around AI capabilities rather than bolting AI onto traditional interfaces - Defining product roadmap based on customer research, competitive analysis and revenue opportunity - Collaborating with engineers to scope and prioritize features that move business metrics - Running customer discovery and sales cycles to validate product direction - Measuring success through shipped features and revenue generated What we're looking for: - Background in Computer Science or equivalent hands-on engineering experience - Proven track record owning B2B go-to-market strategy or revenue targets at previous roles - Strong instinct for product—the ability to sense what users need before they articulate it - Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders - Bias toward shipping and action over prolonged planning - Comfort making decisions with incomplete information and adapting as you learn Tools and skills: - Experience with Figma for design collaboration - Familiarity with CRM systems - Proficiency in outreach and lead generation tools such as Apollo, Instantly or Clay - Ability to set up and interpret analytics dashboards - Technical background in building or shipping software products - Experience designing workflows and interfaces that leverage AI natively - Founder mentality—thinking like you own the entire outcome Good to know: - This role suits someone who thrives on ambiguity and defines their own success - You will be measured directly by product you ship and revenue you generate - You have the opportunity to shape how modern AI-first organizations operate and scale
