About the role: - Support AI systems and operations at TravClan, a travel technology company - Monitor AI model performance and identify areas for improvement - Coordinate between technical and non-technical teams to implement AI solutions - Document processes and maintain records of AI system changes What you'll work on: - Assist in testing and validation of AI features before deployment - Help troubleshoot issues with AI-powered tools and workflows - Collect and organize data to improve model accuracy - Create reports on AI system metrics and operational efficiency - Support the rollout of new AI features to users What we're looking for: - Strong attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies - Clear communication skills across technical and business contexts - Problem-solving mindset with ability to work through complex issues - Familiarity with AI concepts and how machine learning systems work - Willingness to learn new tools and take ownership of tasks - Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
