About the company: - Truffl is an early-stage voice AI startup developing technology that allows people to interact with software and complete tasks through spoken instructions. - The company is initially focusing on enterprise applications while exploring broader opportunities for voice-powered software. About the role: - Join Truffl's founding team and collaborate directly with the co-founders on product development, technology and customer relationships. - Help turn early product ideas and customer requirements into practical improvements as the company builds its voice AI platform. What you'll do: - Connect with potential customers to understand their problems, workflows and expectations from voice AI technology. - Support customer outreach activities, product demonstrations and conversations with prospective users. - Configure and test AI voice agents, identify issues and contribute to improving their performance. - Organise customer feedback into clear requirements that product and engineering teams can use. - Take responsibility for assigned initiatives, coordinate the necessary work and ensure projects reach completion. - Work with the founders to identify problems, evaluate possible solutions and determine practical next steps. What we're looking for: - Clear written and verbal communication skills, particularly when speaking with customers and explaining ideas. - Curiosity about technology and an interest in understanding how voice AI products function. - Ability to approach uncertain or loosely defined problems and turn them into actionable tasks. - Strong initiative, independent judgment and willingness to take responsibility for outcomes. - Evidence of previous projects, products, sales activities or processes that you have personally built, improved or helped develop. Eligibility: - Suitable for candidates in the early stages of their careers who are interested in working across business, product and technology. Pay and perks: - Monthly compensation of ₹20,000. Good to know: - Fully remote position. - The opportunity involves working directly with the co-founders as part of Truffl's initial team. - Responsibilities span customer interaction, product testing, voice agent configuration and project execution.
