HR Intern – Talent Acquisition

About the role: - Support Tsaaro's recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and managing candidate pipelines across various positions - Assist with job posting creation, distribution to relevant channels, and tracking application responses - Help coordinate scheduling and logistics for interviews and candidate interactions - Maintain organized records of candidate information and recruitment metrics in shared systems - Participate in employer branding initiatives and help build talent pools for future openings What we're looking for: - Currently enrolled in the final semester of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or recent graduate, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline - Genuine enthusiasm for recruitment and willingness to learn HR processes from the ground up - Strong written and spoken communication ability, with comfort engaging candidates and team members - Comfortable working with MS Excel for data management and MS Office tools for documentation - Experience using LinkedIn or other recruitment portals to identify and reach out to potential candidates (valued but not required) - Comfortable juggling multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining accuracy and follow-through in a dynamic environment
