Agentic AI Intern / Lead Engineer

About the role: - Own the design and execution of agentic systems that integrate multiple platforms and services into cohesive workflows - Build agents capable of operating across social platforms, messaging apps, and productivity tools with genuine personality and contextual awareness - Develop solutions that automate complex user journeys spanning Instagram, LinkedIn, Gmail, calendar systems, WhatsApp, and Telegram - Take full responsibility for shipping working products rather than prototyping or exploring concepts What you'll work on: - Architecting multi-platform agent systems using MCP and connector frameworks that standardize API integrations - Integrating social and communication channels into unified agents through platforms like Composio, Nango, or equivalent tools - Creating agents for messaging services that communicate naturally and maintain consistent voice across conversations - Implementing browser automation strategies for applications lacking public APIs, including dating and social platforms - Designing and maintaining persistent memory systems to track state and context across agent interactions What we're looking for: - Strong hands-on experience with MCP protocols and connector platforms in production environments - Demonstrated proficiency with Hermes and OpenClaw or comparable agentic frameworks used daily - Proven track record building multi-channel agents, particularly those integrating social media, email, and messaging platforms - Experience implementing voice and personality layers in agent communication - Hands-on knowledge of persistent storage solutions including R2, Postgres, Mem0, or similar technologies - Comfort working with browser automation and scraping techniques to bridge API gaps - Builder mindset focused on shipping real solutions and iterating on working systems - Preference for ownership and impact over exploration and experimentation
