About the role: - Address intricate technical challenges facing customers by building and refining product solutions that meet their specific needs. - Drive projects from conception through deployment, taking full ownership of each phase and ensuring successful outcomes. - Leverage expertise in generative AI and large language models to enhance product capabilities and customer value. - Integrate external APIs and services to expand functionality and create seamless experiences. What you'll work on: - Diagnosing customer pain points and designing targeted product responses that solve real business problems. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into working solutions. - Testing, iterating, and refining implementations based on customer feedback and performance metrics. - Documenting solutions and best practices to support scaling and knowledge sharing. What we're looking for: - 1–5 years of professional experience in engineering, product development, or customer-facing technical roles. - Strong foundation in generative AI and LLM concepts and their practical applications. - Hands-on experience integrating and working with APIs across multiple platforms and services. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex requirements into actionable steps. - Comfort working closely with customers to understand needs and validate solutions in real time.
