About the role: - The University of Bristol – Mumbai Enterprise Campus is hiring a Manager for its Human Resources function in Mumbai. - The position will contribute to the establishment and expansion of the university's presence in India. - The role will help shape people practices and workplace culture as the Mumbai team grows. - Candidates should have 3–7 years of relevant professional experience. What you'll work on: - Manage talent acquisition activities and employee onboarding. - Support employees across the full employment lifecycle. - Handle HR operations and compliance-related responsibilities. - Manage employee relations matters and support a positive workplace environment. - Contribute to performance management and employee learning initiatives. - Drive employee engagement and culture-building activities. - Support HR reporting and analytics requirements. What we're looking for: - Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline. - Strong experience in Talent Acquisition is expected. - Candidates should also have broad HR generalist experience. - Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws is required. - Strong stakeholder management skills are important for the position. - The team is looking for someone who is proactive and people-focused. - Candidates should be passionate about creating a positive employee experience. - Interest in working within a dynamic and growing international higher-education environment is relevant.
