About the role: - Drive data-driven insights by examining key business metrics to uncover areas where operations can be streamlined and made more efficient - Build analytical models using SQL and Advanced Excel to support strategic decision-making across the organization - Lead end-to-end projects that enhance partner recruitment processes, raise service delivery standards, and boost operational performance - Partner across departments to translate data findings into actionable improvements What you'll work on: - Querying and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities - Creating dashboards and reports that track performance against targets - Testing solutions to measure their impact on business outcomes - Documenting processes and building frameworks others can use What we're looking for: - Advanced command of SQL for database queries and data manipulation - Expert-level Excel skills including pivot tables, complex formulas, and statistical analysis - Proven ability to think analytically and solve ambiguous problems - A track record of taking ownership of projects from conception through completion - Comfort making decisions quickly with incomplete information - Background in Operations or Business Operations roles - Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI is a bonus
