About the role
- You will manage operational workflows and coordinate between field teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Day-to-day tasks include tracking inventory, monitoring supply chain activities, resolving operational bottlenecks, and maintaining partner relationships.
- You'll use data tools to track metrics, generate reports, and support decision-making for business growth and efficiency improvements.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree with a major in B.Sc. Chemistry or Agriculture.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for data management and analysis.
- Written and spoken command of the local language, English, and Hindi.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and coordinate across teams and external partners.
- Prior background in Operations, Business Development, or Partner Management is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with SQL for working with databases is valued.
- Any hands-on experience with inventory systems, supply chain processes, or field-level operations strengthens your candidacy.
