About the role: - Source and identify candidates for open positions across Urban Company through direct outreach, networking, and recruitment channels - Conduct initial screening conversations to assess candidate fit, experience, and career aspirations - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and interview processes - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting through offer stage and candidate onboarding - Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs What you'll bring: - 0 to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related people operations work - Ability to connect deeply with candidates and stakeholders, earning trust and buy-in through genuine engagement - Capacity to influence outcomes and foster collaborative relationships across departments - Comfort taking charge of your own workload, making decisions independently, and delivering results with minimal oversight - Drive to solve problems creatively, even when faced with process gaps or tight timelines - Hunger to question conventional approaches, experiment with new sourcing methods, and continuously refine recruitment strategies Location: - Gurgaon
