About the role: - Work on machine learning and data science projects that apply predictive models and statistical analysis to real-world problems - Build and evaluate data pipelines, from raw data ingestion through feature engineering to model deployment - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions - Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to code reviews and team knowledge sharing What we're looking for: - Solid command of Python with demonstrated ability to write and debug production-grade code - Competence in SQL, including the ability to construct complex queries, combine multiple datasets, and optimize database operations - Thorough understanding of foundational computer science: data structures, algorithm design, object-oriented programming principles, and database management systems - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Proactive mindset and willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and methodologies as projects demand - Comfort working in a collaborative environment and taking constructive feedback
