What you'll do
- Gather data from diverse sources and prepare it for AI systems.
- Research and analyze new markets, trends, and datasets.
- Check and validate large volumes of data for accuracy.
- Maintain and improve data repositories and processes.
- Use advanced Excel and Google Sheets formulas to organize and report on data.
- Review AI-generated outputs and flag quality issues.
- Meet defined deadlines and work with global teams on improvements.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Pharma, or Mathematics preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Keen eye for detail and numerical accuracy.
- Basic grasp of data management and analytics.
- Able to manage deadlines and work independently in a remote setup.
- Eager to learn and adapt.
- Fresh graduates or under 2 years of experience encouraged to apply.
- Exposure to healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices a plus.
Good to know
- Remote role based in India.
- 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM IST working hours.
- Two fixed weekend days off.
