About the role: - Contribute to AI and machine learning projects that involve exploring cutting-edge technologies, including large language models and research-driven development. - Take ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish, applying independent problem-solving and creative thinking to overcome challenges. - Research new tools, technologies, and methodologies by experimenting hands-on, identifying issues, and iterating toward solutions without constant guidance. What we're looking for: - Quick learner who can absorb new concepts and technologies rapidly and apply them effectively. - Strong foundation in programming with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts. - Knowledge of machine learning basics, mathematical principles, and statistical methods relevant to AI work. - Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning research, and the evolving landscape of large language models. - Willingness to step outside your comfort zone and pick up unfamiliar technologies as the work demands. - Proficiency with Git for version control, Linux environments, database fundamentals, and introductory backend development concepts. - Mindset of taking initiative, working diligently on projects, and showing real enthusiasm for the problems you're solving. - Capacity to work through debugging, experimentation, and independent research to resolve technical problems and move projects forward.
