Software Engineer Intern

Batch: 2025/2026/2027. About the role: - Create and sustain REST APIs built on Node.js, expanding them as product needs grow - Work with PostgreSQL to design database structures, craft optimized SQL queries, and manage data integrity - Build interactive frontend interfaces using React.js and maintain their functionality across releases - Deploy applications to AWS infrastructure and learn how cloud services power production systems - Contribute to real features shipped to users, fix bugs in live environments, and ship code to production - Participate in code review sessions to improve code quality and receive feedback from the team - Integrate third-party and internal APIs into the platform - Manage your work through Git and GitLab, learning branch workflows and merge request practices What you'll bring: - Strong programming fundamentals and the ability to think through problems with clear logic - Working knowledge of Node.js, React.js, and PostgreSQL from coursework, projects, or prior work - Understanding of how Git version control works, including branching and merge workflows - Basic familiarity with cloud services like AWS and how REST APIs are structured - Willingness to pick up new tools and frameworks as the role demands - Focus on shipping features that matter to the team and the product Note: Send resume and GitHub/Portfolio link to hr@vanix.in and cc ayu@vanix.in with subject line 'Software Engineer Intern - [Your Name]'
