About the role: - Varsity by InterviewBit is hiring a Business Operations Intern in Bengaluru. - The intern will support the Partnerships and Delivery teams across execution-focused and ad-hoc projects. - The role is designed for someone comfortable taking ownership and driving tasks through completion. What you'll work on: - Conduct research to support partnership initiatives. - Assist with outreach and coordination related to partnerships. - Support program delivery activities. - Follow up with relevant stakeholders and help keep execution on track. - Contribute to reporting requirements for ongoing programs and initiatives. - Take ownership of ad-hoc projects and drive them to closure. What we're looking for: - Candidates from Tier-1 institutes are preferred. - The post specifically mentions candidates from colleges such as BITS. - Strong communication skills are expected. - Candidates should be able to think in a structured way when approaching problems. - Good working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets is required. - Applicants should demonstrate an ownership mindset. - The ability to learn quickly is important for the role.
