About this role
About the role: - Create product interfaces and user experiences that guide people through earning, tracking progress and claiming rewards - Design complete user flows from entry point to completion, ensuring each step feels natural and easy to navigate - Develop screen layouts and visual hierarchies that make complex financial concepts accessible and engaging - Work on the visual language and interaction patterns that define how users perceive Vela's platform What you'll work on: - Translating user needs into intuitive interface designs that reduce friction and encourage action - Crafting the look and feel of key product journeys related to earning money, viewing achievements and redeeming benefits - Iterating on designs based on feedback, usability testing and product goals - Building design systems and components that keep the experience consistent across the platform What we're looking for: - Strong foundation in UI and UX design principles - Portfolio demonstrating your ability to design clear, user-focused interfaces - Attention to detail in visual design and interaction design - Ability to articulate your design decisions and collaborate with product and engineering teams Note: Include your portfolio in the email
