About the role: - Create features that reach thousands of active users in production environments - Contribute to both the application interface and the backend systems that manage item-level rewards across retail networks - Ship code that directly impacts the user experience and merchant workflows What you'll work on: - Full-stack development spanning frontend interfaces and backend infrastructure - Building reward functionality that operates at the item level across different retailers - Debugging, testing and deploying features as part of an engineering team - Working with real production data and user feedback to iterate on features What we're looking for: - Strong grasp of backend or frontend development (or both) - Ability to write clean, maintainable code - Comfort working in a startup environment where you own what you build - Willingness to learn across the full technology stack - Problem-solving skills and attention to detail in implementation Note: Include your GitHub or relevant projects in your application
