About the role: - You will partner directly with founders to tackle meaningful problems that shape the product roadmap - Your contributions will influence what features and improvements get built next - You'll operate in a lean, high-energy startup setting where your work produces visible outcomes What you'll work on: - Gathering customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights - Identifying pain points in user experiences and proposing solutions - Testing ideas, gathering data, and iterating based on what you learn - Supporting the team across customer-facing initiatives What we're looking for: - Strong written and verbal communication that helps you connect with customers and colleagues - A genuine customer-first mindset paired with the ability to diagnose root causes - Comfort asking clarifying questions to fully understand problems before jumping to answers - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup where ambiguity is normal - Self-direction and accountability—you take ownership of what's handed to you - Genuine curiosity and a willingness to learn from experiments that don't work out - Readiness to build close working relationships with the founding team and learn from their experience
