About the role: - Partner directly with founders to tackle operational challenges and contribute meaningfully to product development - Engage with complex, open-ended problems that require creative thinking and systematic approaches - Take ownership of projects from conception through execution, seeing your work shape the company's direction What you'll work on: - Data analysis, spreadsheet management, and deriving insights from operational metrics - Process improvement and streamlining workflows across teams - Cross-functional coordination and communication to keep initiatives on track What we're looking for: - Demonstrated strength in breaking down problems logically and finding practical solutions - Ability to communicate clearly with team members and articulate ideas effectively - Comfort with handling ambiguity and learning new skills as problems demand - Meticulous approach to work with strong organizational habits - Self-directed mindset; you drive progress without constant oversight - Experience or comfort working in dynamic, resource-lean startup settings - Readiness to experiment, iterate quickly, and absorb lessons from failures
