About the role: - Join a young company that is currently focused on getting more people to discover its product and weekly drops. - Vingo runs Freebie Friday, where selected products are listed from ₹1 and people decide what they are worth through bidding. - The company is building a small marketing team to increase awareness and reach. What you'll work on: - Help Vingo build visibility and awareness through Reddit. - Identify relevant subreddit communities where the brand can participate naturally. - Adapt communication to the culture, rules and tone of different subreddits. - Create posts and conversations that feel native to the community rather than like obvious advertising. - Help more people discover Vingo's weekly drops and other initiatives. - Contribute ideas that can be tested quickly in an early-stage environment. What we're looking for: - Candidates should already understand Reddit deeply and spend meaningful time on the platform. - You should know that different subreddits have distinct rules, expectations and communication styles. - The ability to promote something without sounding like an advertisement is important. - Degrees and job titles are not a major selection factor. - Practical evidence matters more, such as a thread or community effort that gained meaningful traction. Good to know: - Your work may go live the same day it is created. - The company emphasizes real ownership rather than narrowly assigned tasks. - The role offers an opportunity to help build the company from an early stage.
