About Visitly Visitly is a SaaS platform for workplace and visitor management, handling enterprise front-desks, access workflows, security, and approvals. Real teams at real companies use the product every day. About the role - You will author product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria — this is hands-on work, not observation - You will manage the flow of releases across the Engineering, QA, and Design teams - You will identify bugs, usability issues, and workflow refinements ahead of customer discovery - You will measure feature usage and track core product metrics - You will maintain product documentation, release notes, and standard operating procedures for the team What we're looking for - Background of 0–2 years in product management, operations, business analysis, SaaS, or an early-stage startup environment - Genuine interest in understanding how SaaS products function and how users interact with them - Meticulous attention to detail paired with a strong drive to own your work end-to-end - Ability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting - Experience or comfort with Jira, Figma, Slack, Notion, or Google Workspace is a bonus Good to know - Freshers are welcome to apply
