Associate Product Manager

About this role

Batch: 2022/2023/2024/2025. What You'll Own: - Revenue & Payouts: End-to-end management of brokerages, commissions, and payout flows across bi-monthly cycles (15th & 30th). - Reconciliation & Automation: Catch anomalies early, coordinate closely with Finance, Engineering, and Operations, and systematically shrink the manual load. - Partner Experience: Drive conversion funnels, onboarding tracks, and web/app features that directly impact partner success. - Data & Analytics: Build dashboards, slice data, and turn insights into fast shipping cycles. What We Look For: - 1–3 years of experience in product, analytics, or a hands-on builder role. - Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL, with a sharp instinct for data anomalies. - High ownership, a bias for action, and comfort talking directly to stakeholders when things need sorting out. - Bonus: FinTech, wealth management, payouts background, or a knack for building quick prototypes (AI coding tools welcome!).
