Business Analyst Intern (+PPO)

About the role: - Analyze business, customer, and portfolio datasets to uncover patterns and insights. - Conduct funnel analysis and perform root cause analysis on operational bottlenecks. - Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases. - Design and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel for stakeholder visibility. - Partner with Product, Risk, and Business teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations. What you'll work on: - Building automated reports that track key business metrics and performance indicators. - Investigating anomalies in customer behavior and transaction flows using analytical techniques. - Creating visualizations that communicate complex data stories to non-technical audiences. - Supporting decision-making across the organization through timely data delivery. What we're looking for: - Strong proficiency in SQL, including Joins, CTEs, Subqueries, and Window Functions. - Solid understanding of business analytics methodology and root cause analysis frameworks. - Demonstrated competence in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and presentation. - Familiarity with Power BI (preferred but not required). - Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate findings clearly to different teams.
