About the role: - Analyze complex business problems by breaking them into structured components and extracting actionable insights - Extract, manipulate, and interpret data using SQL and Python to support strategic decisions - Build financial and scenario models in Excel or Google Sheets for forecasting and planning - Create and present data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools - Work across product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to align analysis with business needs - Identify and evaluate growth opportunities by studying customer behavior and business model dynamics What you'll work on: - Partnering with stakeholders at all levels to define analytical requirements and deliver insights - Communicating findings clearly through written reports, presentations, and visual dashboards - Managing competing priorities and expectations across multiple departments - Supporting strategy and growth initiatives with data-driven recommendations What we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline - Minimum 1–1.5 years of professional experience in business analysis, strategy, consulting, or a growth-focused role - Advanced proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including financial modelling and scenario analysis - Solid working knowledge of SQL and Python for querying databases and data manipulation - Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or comparable business intelligence platforms - Ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences in clear, structured language - Comfort working in matrix environments with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities - Understanding of how to identify and measure growth levers and customer behavior patterns Good to know: - Background in fintech, consumer internet, or high-growth startups is valued
