Forward-Deployed Engineer

About the role

• Architect and release AI systems ready for production use, with particular focus on Winsen One and related tools.
• Install and operate these solutions directly within client organizations, maintaining performance and stability across live deployments.
• Connect with and adapt to existing client infrastructure, encompassing core systems, messaging platforms, document management, and data storage environments.
• Construct evaluation frameworks, safety mechanisms, and complete audit records to meet the demands of regulated industries.
• Translate learnings from real-world client usage back into improvements for the platform itself.

What you'll work on

• Hands-on engineering across the full deployment lifecycle, from initial setup through ongoing maintenance.
• Working within client offices and navigating the technical and organizational constraints they operate under.
• System integration work that bridges Winsen's tools with diverse enterprise environments.
• Building compliance and governance features that let organizations use AI confidently in controlled settings.

What we're looking for

• Solid grasp of core engineering principles with demonstrated ability to write and ship working code.
• Willingness and ability to work on-site at client locations while being flexible about their specific technical requirements.
• Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and in conversation, especially when coordinating with non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of building and supporting software that people and organizations depend on in production.
