About the role
- Shape real features and experiences by contributing design work to a live product used by customers
- Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to move projects from concept through execution
- Dive into how users behave and think, using those insights to drive solutions that matter
What you'll work on
- Creating and refining interface designs in Figma for features under active development
- Understanding user needs through research and observation, then translating that into thoughtful design decisions
- Working within design systems to ensure consistency and speed across the product
- Partnering with the broader team to solve problems that balance user needs with technical and business constraints
What we're looking for
- Proficiency in Figma and comfort applying it to real-world product challenges
- A genuine drive to understand how people interact with products and why they make the choices they do
- Ability to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team, taking feedback and iterating
- A portfolio that demonstrates your design thinking process and problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with design systems (preferred, not required)
- Availability to work from the office
