About the role: - Design electrical systems and components for infrastructure, industrial, or commercial applications - Develop circuit diagrams, schematics, and technical drawings using CAD software - Perform calculations for power distribution, load analysis, and system efficiency - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate project requirements into practical electrical solutions - Review designs for compliance with safety codes, industry standards, and regulatory requirements - Support the testing and validation of electrical systems throughout the development cycle What you'll work on: - Creating detailed electrical documentation and design specifications - Optimizing system performance and cost-effectiveness in designs - Troubleshooting design challenges and implementing technical improvements - Coordinating with procurement and manufacturing teams on design feasibility - Maintaining design consistency across multiple projects What we're looking for: - Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and practices - Proficiency with electrical CAD tools and design software - Knowledge of power systems, control systems, or electrical equipment selection - Attention to detail and ability to work within technical constraints - Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
