About this role
About the role: - Lead the development and deployment of generative AI solutions across enterprise clients and internal projects - Guide a team of AI engineers and data scientists in designing, building and optimizing large language models and AI systems - Drive the adoption of Gen AI tools and frameworks within Wipro's service offerings - Own the technical roadmap for generative AI capabilities and emerging model architectures What you'll work on: - Building and fine-tuning generative models for customer use cases spanning content generation, summarization, code development and knowledge automation - Architecting scalable AI pipelines that integrate with existing enterprise systems and data workflows - Evaluating and implementing new generative AI technologies, frameworks and cloud platforms - Mentoring team members on best practices in prompt engineering, model evaluation and responsible AI deployment What we're looking for: - Deep expertise in large language models, transformer architectures and modern Gen AI platforms - Proven ability to lead technical teams and drive projects from concept to production - Strong foundation in machine learning, natural language processing and software engineering - Experience with enterprise AI implementations and understanding of real-world deployment challenges
