About this role
About the role: - You will configure and test Wipro's proprietary Total Benefit Administration™ (TBA) System to align with what clients need - You'll use proprietary systems and tools to set up and configure tables and parameters within the TBA System following technical specifications - You will design test cases and prepare test data for validation activities - You will carry out testing work under guidance from the Solutions Architect What you'll work on: - Working with human resources administration systems and understanding how they function - Learning to set up complex system configurations that support employee benefits and HR operations - Validating system behavior through structured testing methodologies - Collaborating with senior team members to ensure configurations meet client needs What we're looking for: - Strong programming fundamentals with logical reasoning and analytical problem-solving abilities - Understanding of systems configuration and testing practices, particularly in HR-related technology - Entry-level candidates who have developed relevant technical skill sets - Ability to follow detailed technical direction and document findings clearly
