About this role
About the role: - Work with Nokia mediation platforms and systems to design, implement and maintain billing and mediation solutions - Develop and optimize mediation processes that translate raw network data into billable customer records - Configure and deploy mediation software across telecom infrastructure environments - Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues and ensure reliability of mediation workflows - Collaborate with network teams and external vendors to integrate mediation tools with broader telecom systems - Support upgrades, patches and version migrations for Nokia mediation products What you'll work on: - Nokia mediation architecture, configuration and administration - Billing data processing pipelines and reconciliation - System integration with charging and customer care platforms - Performance tuning and capacity planning for mediation systems - Documentation and knowledge transfer for mediation processes What we're looking for: - Knowledge of telecom mediation concepts and billing workflows - Familiarity with Nokia mediation platforms and tools - Problem-solving skills for complex system issues - Ability to work with shell scripting, databases and telecom protocols - Strong communication for cross-team coordination
