About the role: - Design and implement automation solutions using Python to streamline business processes and technical workflows - Build scalable test automation frameworks and maintain existing testing infrastructure - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process optimization through automation - Develop scripts and tools that enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort - Troubleshoot and refine automation systems to ensure reliability and performance What you'll work on: - Creating robust Python applications for infrastructure and deployment automation - Integrating automation solutions with existing enterprise systems and tools - Documenting automation processes and maintaining technical knowledge bases - Monitoring and improving automated workflows in production environments What we're looking for: - Strong proficiency in Python programming with demonstrated experience in automation projects - Understanding of software development best practices and clean code principles - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and quality - Ability to work collaboratively in team settings and communicate technical concepts clearly
