Technical Program Manager Intern

About the role: - Support the delivery of integration and automation initiatives by coordinating across technical and business stakeholders - Help monitor project timelines, identify blockers, and escalate issues to keep work on track - Gather and document functional requirements from users and translate them into clear specifications for engineering teams - Assist in process analysis and improvement efforts using data-driven insights - Track metrics, create dashboards, and present findings to guide program decisions What we're looking for: - Currently enrolled in or recently finished a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field; alternatively, an MBA with a technical undergraduate background or direct IT/technology experience - Genuine enthusiasm for data, functional and business analysis, program management, and Agile ways of working - Solid grasp of data analysis and visualization methods, and confidence working with large and diverse datasets - Ability to navigate unclear situations and drive progress with limited direction - Clear communicator who can break down technical concepts and complex requirements into actionable, easy-to-understand guidance for teams - Analytical mindset that relies on evidence and data to support conclusions rather than intuition Nice to have: - Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or comparable project tracking platforms - Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, or enterprise platforms such as CRM, HRMS, or ITSM systems - Curiosity about Agentic AI, cutting-edge AI tools, and how they solve real business challenges
