About the role: - You will work with a team at WTW on analytical and technical projects that involve data handling, reporting and process improvement - Your contributions will support client solutions in actuarial and risk consulting contexts - You'll gain exposure to how individual work streams connect to larger client outcomes and strategic objectives What we're looking for: - Final-year student pursuing a bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, mathematics, statistics, business, an analytical subject, computer science, programming, or a related field - Experience with a scripting language, preferably Python, C#, or SQL - Current engagement with actuarial science studies or a clear commitment to pursue the actuarial profession - Evidence of making progress through actuarial examinations while building your career - Strong analytical capability and ability to integrate information from multiple sources - Proficiency in written and spoken communication with clarity and confidence - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting - Organised approach to work with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy - Quick response to messages and requests, maintaining professional communication standards - Adaptability when facing unexpected challenges, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and genuine focus on client needs - Intellectual curiosity to learn how your tasks fit within broader client and business strategy - Self-directed drive to acquire fresh capabilities, explore new techniques, and build practical solutions - Dependable, forward-thinking mindset with energy and reliability that others can count on
