About the role: - Learn and develop full-stack web applications using the Microsoft .NET ecosystem - Build backend services and APIs that power modern software systems - Work with relational databases to design and optimize data layers - Participate in code reviews and collaborative development practices - Contribute to real projects while receiving mentorship from experienced engineers What you'll work on: - ASP.NET Core frameworks for building scalable web applications - RESTful Web APIs that integrate frontend and backend systems - SQL database design, queries, and optimization - Object-oriented programming patterns and best practices - Hands-on projects that reinforce learning across the full technology stack What we're looking for: - Strong grasp of C# fundamentals and object-oriented principles - Solid understanding of .NET platform architecture - Familiarity with ASP.NET Core and Web API concepts - Knowledge of SQL for working with databases - Genuine enthusiasm for software development and continuous learning Program structure: - 6 months of structured training and hands-on experience - Opportunity for conversion to permanent role based on performance
