About the role: - Handle day-to-day finance operations tasks including transaction processing, invoice management, and account reconciliation - Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation to support business decision-making - Examine financial records to spot errors, inconsistencies, or missing information - Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve financial queries and issues What we're looking for: - Minimum 1+ years of hands-on experience in finance operations, accounting, or a similar function - Solid grasp of how financial transactions work, including invoicing cycles, reconciliation processes, and reporting standards - Comfortable working with MS Excel or Google Sheets to organize, calculate, and present data - Capacity to dig into numbers, spot patterns, and flag anomalies in financial datasets - Meticulous approach to work with strong numeracy and accuracy in handling figures - Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and manage stakeholder interactions - Comfortable juggling several projects at once while staying on top of deadlines
