About the role: - You'll drive product strategy and execution at xPay, a fintech-focused business - You'll own the full product lifecycle from conception through launch and beyond, working across engineering, design, and business stakeholders - You'll tackle problems with a data-driven approach and push ideas quickly from concept to implementation - You'll operate with significant autonomy in an environment where processes are still being built and clarity often emerges through action What we're looking for: - 4–7 years of product management experience - A track record in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure products - Background building or managing B2B SaaS platforms, especially those serving business or enterprise users - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with a preference for shipping over endless planning - Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical, design, and commercial partners - Comfort with early-stage uncertainty and the ability to set your own direction with minimal guidance
