About the role: - Build and train machine learning models that solve real-world problems - Preprocess datasets and prepare data for model development - Evaluate model performance and iterate on designs to improve accuracy - Implement ML algorithms and experiment with different approaches What you'll work on: - End-to-end machine learning projects from data cleaning through deployment - Feature engineering and data transformation pipelines - Model selection and hyperparameter tuning - Testing and validating models against performance benchmarks What we're looking for: - Proficiency in Python for ML tasks - Working knowledge of NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn - Hands-on experience building and evaluating machine learning models - Understanding of core ML algorithms and concepts - Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down complex problems - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail - Freshers encouraged to apply if you have solid ML fundamentals and portfolio projects Good to have: - Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks - Knowledge of Deep Learning and neural networks - Background in Natural Language Processing - Familiarity with Generative AI and Large Language Models - Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques - Portfolio or examples of AI-powered applications you've built
