About the role: - Shape how people interact with products by crafting interfaces that prioritize their needs and ease of use - Tackle intricate business processes and translate them into streamlined, easy-to-follow user flows - Work within Figma to bring product visions to life, moving from concept through to polished, user-focused designs What you'll work on: - Wireframing and prototyping new features and user journeys - Conducting design reviews and iterating based on feedback - Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure designs translate seamlessly into implementation - Researching user behavior and pain points to inform design decisions What we're looking for: - Demonstrated proficiency with Figma and ability to create high-fidelity mockups - A portfolio that shows your design thinking, from identifying problems through to the solutions you created - Ability to articulate how and why you made specific design choices - Passion for building products that feel intuitive and solve real user problems
